Payments & Banking Details

We aim to make payments as simple and convenient as possible.

Payment for services is due on completion of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash and EFT payments, and have card facilities available

A  small administration fee applies to card payments. Outstanding balances may be subject to additional administration and collection costs.

If a deposit is required to secure your booking, payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Thank you for helping us keep our booking process smooth and efficient.

PAYMENT REFERENCE

To avoid delays or confusion, please use your full name and surname as your payment reference when making payment. Without the correct reference, we may be unable to identify your payment immediately, which could delay confirmation of your booking.

Why is this important?

We receive payments from many clients each week. Using the correct payment reference helps us identify your payment quickly, confirm your booking without delays, and reduces the risk of payments being allocated incorrectly.

Why We Require a Deposit

Your Appointment Is Reserved Just for You

Your appointment time is blocked out specifically for your service. This means we often turn away other clients who request the same time slot.

It Reduces Last-Minute Cancellations

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on a small business. A deposit encourages commitment to your appointment and helps reduce unused appointment times.

It Helps Keep Prices Fair

Lost appointments affect the salon's ability to operate efficiently. By reducing missed appointments, deposits help us avoid unnecessary price increases and allow us to continue offering quality services at competitive prices.

It Supports Our Small Business

As a small business, every appointment matters. Deposits help create a more predictable schedule, allowing us to manage our time, staff, and resources effectively.

Your Deposit Is Not an Extra Charge

Your booking deposit is deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day of your service. It simply secures your booking and forms part of your final payment.

Need to Reschedule?

We understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment, simply let us know as soon as possible. When sufficient notice is given in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, your deposit can usually be transferred to your new appointment.Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the deposit being forfeited, as the reserved appointment time is often too short to fill.

Thank You for Your Understanding

By paying a booking deposit, you're helping us provide a reliable booking system, minimise unused appointment times, and continue delivering the personalised service and experience that Me2You Nails is known for.We truly appreciate your understanding, your respect for our time, and your continued support of our small business.
